1. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription or premium services at any time by logging into their account or contacting our support team at support@haimatrimony.com. However, please note that cancellation of services does not entitle you to a refund unless specified below.

2. Refund Policy

All payments made to Haimatrimony.com for premium memberships or any other services are non-refundable once the services are activated. We do not provide refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Partial use of service duration
• Lack of matches or responses

Refunds will only be considered under the following rare conditions:

• If the payment was made more than once for the same service due to a technical error
• If a payment was deducted but the service was not activated

In such cases, please report the issue within 7 days of the transaction by emailing us at support@haimatrimony.com with payment proof.

3. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and will be credited via the original mode of payment.
